- What is your processing time?
You can find our current processing time listed at the top of our website.
Ideally, our processing time, excluding shipping, is around 3-5 business days (weekends excluded).This includes orders via EXPRESS POSTAGE. Please take note that processing times can also depend on the quantity and type of items ordered. However, please expect some delays during peak/busier seasons. But, in case we finish it earlier or we need extra time (due to unforeseen circumstances) to complete your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.
- Are the Custom Can Cups Dishwasher Safe?
We now have two types of customised can cups - our Custom Can Cups Collection (Handmade) and our Dishwasher Safe Can Cups Collection.
Our Custom Can Cups (Handmade) Collection are NOT dishwasher safe and are best cared for with gentle handwashing.
If a cup is from our Dishwasher Safe Can Cup range, you'll see it clearly labelled in the product title - and yes, those ones are safe for the dishwasher.
To make things easy, every cup has a little care label at the bottom of the cup that will let you know if it's dishwasher safe or handwash only.
- What payment methods are available?
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Visa and Mastercard
- ShopPay
- Afterpay - only available for orders between $75 - $2,000
- Can I pickup my order?
In an effort to streamline operations and prioritise privacy, time management, and order fulfillment speed, we have decided to no longer offer local pickup as an option. However, our products are available at C+Co Westfield Carousel and Innaloo. You can order from them and choose the local pickup option at either location.
- What are your postage options?

- Having trouble spotting a design on our website (even though you've seen them in-store or on our social media channels, or have purchased them before)?
If you're on the hunt for a design and it's nowhere to be found on our website, slide into our DMs (via FB PAGE OR INSTAGRAM) or shoot us an email. Running this show solo with a toddler in tow means the website may not always be up to date. Thanks for your understanding!
- Do you accept custom orders?
I'm typically able to take on custom orders with a lead time of 2-4 weeks, but it can vary depending on my workload and the time of year. If you have a specific timeline in mind, just reach out to me (via DM or email) and we can chat about it. I'll always be upfront about whether or not I can accommodate your request.
- The product or design I want is sold out, when will it be back in stock?
If the product or design you're after is currently out of stock, it would be great if you could shoot us a DM on Instagram, FB, or email so we can double check its availability. Sometimes our website inventory may not be up-to-date, but I do my best to keep it accurate. We can also give you a heads up on when it will be back in stock. And occasionally, a specific design may be out of season, so we may have removed it from the site. Just let us know and we'll do our best to help you out!
