🚚 Shipping

We ship from Perth, Western Australia using Sendle or Australia Post. All parcels include tracking and are packaged with care using protective materials to ensure your  items arrive safely. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Via SENDLE

For shipping via Sendle, standard shipping rates are automatically calculated depending on your shipping destination. 

Via Australia Post

For shipping via Australia Post, standard/regular or express postage options are available. 

Tracked Letter ($5.40) – Available only for small items such as dust-plug charms (excluding straw charms as they are >5mm) that fit within Australia Post’s letter dimensions. This option is suitable for up to 3 dust-plug charms only. Any orders using this shipping method that include other items (e.g. bookmarks, glass straws, keyrings, sashes, etc.) will not be shipped until the correct parcel postage is paid. In this case, we’ll contact you with the additional shipping invoice, and your order will be dispatched once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if the correct shipping amount isn’t settled.

Standard Parcel Shipping (from $9.95) – Calculated at checkout based on total parcel weight.

Express Shipping (from $14.95) – Available for faster delivery via AusPost Express.

Orders over $149 : Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $149. Want it sooner? Upgrade to Express for just $5 at checkout.

Click and Collect/Local Pickup We do not currently offer local pickup. Our products are available online or in-store at C+Co Westfield Carousel or Westfield Innaloo.

 🧾 Orders Over 5 kg (Estimate Only)

Shipping rates displayed at checkout for orders over 5 kg are estimates only.
Once your order is packed and weighed, we’ll confirm the final shipping cost: If the actual postage is less, we’ll refund the difference; If the actual postage is higher, we’ll email you an invoice for the balance before dispatch.

📬 Parcel Handling

Orders are packed securely to help prevent damage in transit.

All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave. If you prefer Signature on Delivery, choose Australia Post and leave a note at checkout — we’ll invoice you for the extra fee.

For orders over $100, we recommend purchasing Extra Cover. Leave a note at checkout if you want Extra Cover and we’ll invoice you for the additional cost and merchant fee.

🕒PROCESSING TIMES

Processing and shipping of orders will depend on the the item/s ordered.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Kindly allow around 3-5 business days (weekends excluded) for your order/s to be processed/shipped out. This includes orders via EXPRESS POSTAGE. Please take note that processing times will depend on the quantity and type of items ordered.  However, please expect some delays during peak/busier seasons. But, in case we finish it earlier or we need extra time (due to unforeseen circumstances) to complete your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. 

 

MORE SHIPPING INFORMATION...

Please make sure that the shipping address provided is correct and that you leave an address where someone will be able to receive the package. We are NOT LIABLE for any packages left unattended and goes missing.

Be rest assured that we will pack your items as safely as possible so no damage/s will be incurred. Please take note that some items may not be available for postage and are for local pickup only.

  • For orders with a value of more than $100, we highly recommend that you purchase EXTRA COVER - as it provides loss or damage cover. If your item is lost or damaged and you did not purchase extra cover, compensation of the courier is only up to $100 and the amount compensated is at their discretion . Leave us a note (before checkout) that you would like to purchase EXTRA COVER and we'll send you an invoice for the courier's EXTRA COVER charge + applicable merchant fee.
  • All shipping is processed as "AUTHORITY TO LEAVE". If you wish for your parcel to be signed upon receipt, kindly choose an AUSTRALIA POST shipping option and leave us a note (before checkout) that you would like to add "SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY" to your parcel and we'll send you an invoice for the courier's SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY charge + applicable merchant fee.


We DO NOT accept RETURNS or REFUNDS due to postage delays caused by the said couriers.


In case of any shipping delays or lost in transit, the courier service will investigate and we will let you know the outcome as soon as possible once we have received it. Kindly retain all items and their packaging for investigation purposes of the corresponding courier service. A refund or replacement will not be processed until the courier's investigation has been completed. Please take note that we are not liable for any item/s LOST IN TRANSIT as we use the exact details provided in the order form.

We are NOT liable for any item/s delivered late due to courier's delay. If you need your items urgently, kindly choose EXPRESS POSTAGE at the checkout.

RETURN TO SENDER:

For parcels not picked up (from the post office) in a timely manner or an incorrect shipping address was provided and the parcels are returned to the sender:

1.) your refund will be charged with the COURIER'S RETURN TO SENDER FEE ON TOP OF THE REFUND CHARGES mentioned in our REFUNDS POLICY

OR

2.) If you would like your parcel to be resent, you will be charged with the COURIER's RETURN TO SENDER FEE plus the SHIPPING FEES/COST.
