Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We DO NOT ACCEPT returns, refunds or exchanges due to change of mind because of the nature of our product/s. Kindly make sure to read all product description/s and select the item/s and their variations carefully before adding them to your cart. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.
For items to be shipped, please make sure that the shipping address provided is correct and that you leave an address where someone will be able to receive the package. We are NOT LIABLE for any packages left unattended and goes missing.
RETURNS
No returns are accepted unless the item/s have arrived faulty or damaged. Kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order (based on the courier's delivered date, if shipped) if you have received a faulty or damaged product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving them and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your order) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMSs
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS.
We DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind.
We are also NOT LIABLE for items damaged due to customer's error.
We are also NOT LIABLE for items lost in transit (as declared by the courier).
In case of any refunds, you will be charged a 15% fee to cover the applicable merchant fees and admin fee. This includes partial refunds and changes from shipping to local pickup.
We put much effort to ensure the accuracy of our product quantities available on our website. However, occasionally, a product may be unavailable when you have ordered and paid. Should this occur we'll refund you the cost of that/those item/s.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
